Bottom line: BunnyDoc is an e-signature platform for small businesses, real-estate teams and professional services. You upload a document, place fields, set a signing order and send it, and every signed PDF carries a digital certificate from what the listing calls “a trusted AATL provider.” On AppSumo it sells three plans, $75, $150 and $225 once. Plan 1 allows 500 signature requests a month, against 150 documents a month on BunnyDoc’s own Business plan at $35 a month per user. The limits to read: payments and invoices start at Plan 2, Slack at Plan 3, and the API is crossed out on all three plans. Templates and public form links top out at 10. The listing is “Not covered by We Got Your Back.”
Best for: clinics, schools, agencies and real-estate teams that collect consent forms, contracts or deposits from many people.
Think twice if: you need an API or Zapier-style automation, or more than 10 reusable templates.
We have no affiliate deal with BunnyDoc or AppSumo; links go to the official pages. How we review.
Updated 29 October 2026. This BunnyDoc review rests on what we read that day: the BunnyDoc listing on AppSumo, including all three plan cards, the deal terms and recent buyer reviews, and BunnyDoc’s own pricing page. We haven’t sent envelopes through it, so we describe the plans, the limits and what buyers report, not delivery rates.

What BunnyDoc does
The listing describes a full signing workflow:
- Prepare and send. Upload from your device or the cloud, set a signing order and expiry date, and drag fields onto the page.
- Security. Two-factor authentication, a “legally admissible audit log,” and digital certificates from an AATL provider on signed PDFs.
- Scale. Bulk sending from an imported signer list, reusable templates, folders and subfolders, and reminders.
- Public form links. Share a link on your website or in an email, and anyone who opens it can request and sign their own copy.
- Payments. Add an invoice or payment block and collect money through a Stripe checkout during signing, on Plans 2 and 3.
- Integrations. Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive on every plan.
Every AppSumo plan also ticks in-person signatures, advanced fields, reduced branding, localisation, image and video blocks, custom contract fields and envelopes.
What AATL certificates add
Most cheap e-signature tools stamp a signature image on a PDF and attach an audit trail. BunnyDoc adds a digital certificate from a provider on Adobe’s Approved Trust List, which is what AATL stands for. When a signed PDF opens in Adobe Acrobat, a certificate from that list is recognised as trusted, so the file shows it hasn’t been changed since signing. One buyer, who runs an institute in Quebec, named “Entrust digital certificates (AATL)” as the reason they chose BunnyDoc over BreezeDoc, because it gave “real legal weight.”
That matters more for contracts and consent forms that may be challenged than for a one-page freelance agreement. If you’ve never needed to prove a document wasn’t altered, it’s a nice extra rather than a reason to buy.

One-time prices on AppSumo; each plan is a number of stacked codes (1 to 3). No AppSumo plan includes the API. BunnyDoc's own pricing page lists Free (5 a month), Personal $18 a month, Business $35 a month per user and Enterprise $50 a month per user.
Prices checked Oct 29, 2026 on BunnyDoc’s own pricing page. Lifetime deals are listings that can end or change, so check the live listing before you buy.
Plan 1 ($75). One user, one template, one public form link (the card shows “Public forms 1/500”), 500 signature requests a month, 2 GB of storage and 7 days of email activity logs. No payments, no invoice or quote blocks, no Slack, no API.
Plan 2 ($150). Five users, five templates, five public links (“5/2,500”), 1,000 signature requests a month, 5 GB of storage and 15 days of logs. Payments up to $5,000 a month, plus invoice and quote blocks and payment history. Still no Slack or API.
Plan 3 ($225). Ten users, ten templates, ten public links (“10/5,000”), 1,500 signature requests a month, 10 GB of storage and 30 days of logs. Payments up to $15,000 a month and Slack. The API is still crossed out.
Here’s what most people miss: the one-template limit on Plan 1. If you’ve got a contract, an NDA and an intake form you reuse, that’s three templates, and Plan 1 holds one.
The deal vs BunnyDoc’s own plans
BunnyDoc’s pricing page, read on 29 October 2026, lists monthly plans:
| BunnyDoc’s own plan | Price | Documents a month | Templates | Public form links |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 5 | 0 | None |
| Personal | $18 a month | 75 | 1 | None |
| Business | $35 a month per user | 150 | 5 | 5 |
| Enterprise | $50 a month per user | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
The deal terms promise “All future Business Plan updates.” Plan 2 lines up with Business on templates, public links and branding, and allows far more requests a month. At $35 a month for a single Business user, Plan 2’s $150 equals a little over four months. For a five-person team on Business, it’s under one month.
One caution: the AppSumo card counts “signature requests” and BunnyDoc’s page counts “documents for eSignature.” They may not be the same unit, so ask how a document with three signers is counted.
The API and automation gap
A July 2025 review put it plainly: “Despite all the discussions of integration and API connectivity on the product page, the LTD does not include any of this.” The plan cards agree: API is a cross on every tier. BunnyDoc’s own site sells API access as a separate product with its own pricing page.
So if you’d planned to trigger signing from your CRM, or send completed documents to a spreadsheet automatically, this deal won’t do it. The Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive connections are the automation you get.
What buyers report
The listing shows 4.21 stars from 70 reviews.
Public form links are the standout. The Quebec buyer embeds a public link in appointment reminder emails, so clients sign consent forms before arriving with “zero manual work.” They also found the signing email “landed in the inbox (not spam)” on Gmail, which had been their main worry.
Branding and email limits. The same buyer noted the “Powered by BunnyDoc” footer can’t be removed on the lifetime plan, emails come from BunnyDoc’s domain rather than yours, and the confirmation page after a public form is in English only.
Small fixes wanted. An August 2026 review asked for the option to force drawn signatures, to change a signer’s email after sending without voiding the envelope, and to update the account’s own email address.
A rebuilt app. In July 2026 the team told a reviewer that “the all-new BunnyDoc” was live at esign.bunnydoc.com, “rebuilt from the ground up.” That’s good news for development, and also a reason to test the current version yourself rather than rely on older reviews.
The terms
The deal terms read:
- “Lifetime access to BunnyDoc.”
- “You must redeem your code(s) within 60 days of purchase.”
- “All future Business Plan updates.”
- “Stack up to 3 codes.”
The guarantee line reads “Not covered by We Got Your Back. Listed by the partner, not reviewed by AppSumo.” The 60-day refund still applies.
BunnyDoc vs DocuSign and BreezeDoc
The listing names Adobe Sign, DocuSign and HelloSign. Against those, BunnyDoc’s case is price and the certificate: a one-time fee for a workflow with AATL certificates, bulk sending and payments. Its weaker side is automation, with no API on the deal, and branding you can’t fully remove. Against BreezeDoc, another AppSumo signing tool, BunnyDoc costs more and adds certificates, public form links and payment limits by tier; BreezeDoc is simpler, cheaper and has a free plan with unlimited documents.
Common mistakes with the BunnyDoc deal
Buying Plan 1 to collect deposits. Payments start at Plan 2.
Planning automations around the API. It isn’t in any AppSumo plan.
Running out of templates. Plan 1 has one. Count your reusable documents first.
Expecting your own sending domain. Emails come from BunnyDoc. When deliverability matters, test with your clients’ email providers.
Uploading a document twice without knowing why. One buyer found templates and public links are separate workflows, so the same PDF goes in twice. It’s expected, not a bug.
Leaving redemption for later. Redeem every code within 60 days.
Who BunnyDoc suits
A clinic or school collecting consent forms. Public form links do the work; Plan 1 covers one form, Plan 3 covers ten.
A real-estate or services team taking deposits. Plan 2 for payments up to $5,000 a month and five users.
A developer who wants signing inside an app. Skip the deal; look at BunnyDoc’s separate API pricing.
How to test it inside the refund window
- Create your real contract as a template and send it to two colleagues.
- Open the signed PDF in Adobe Acrobat and check the certificate.
- Publish a public form link and sign through it on a phone.
- Send to Gmail and Outlook addresses and check the inbox, not spam.
- On Plan 2 or 3, take a small Stripe payment during signing.
What we couldn’t check
We didn’t send envelopes, test payments or measure email delivery. We couldn’t confirm whether AppSumo’s “signature requests” and BunnyDoc’s “documents” count the same way. Ask before day 60.
FAQ: BunnyDoc questions
Is BunnyDoc a one-time payment on AppSumo?
Yes: $75, $150 or $225 once, for 1 to 3 stacked codes.
Can BunnyDoc collect payments?
Yes, through Stripe during signing, on Plan 2 (up to $5,000 a month) and Plan 3 (up to $15,000 a month). Plan 1 can’t.
Does the BunnyDoc lifetime deal include the API?
No. The API is crossed out on all three AppSumo plans.
Does BunnyDoc have a free plan?
Yes. BunnyDoc’s pricing page lists a Free plan with 5 signature requests a month and no templates.
The verdict
BunnyDoc is a serious signing tool for the price, and the AATL certificates and public form links set it apart from simpler lifetime deals. Pick the plan for its features, not its volume: payments from Plan 2, Slack at Plan 3, and no API anywhere in the deal. Weigh the missing AppSumo guarantee and the branding you can’t remove, and test the rebuilt app on your own documents before day 60.
