SaaS Tribune is a reading site. You can’t create an account here, there are no comments, no newsletter, no analytics and no ads, and this site sets no cookies of its own. This page explains the little that does happen when you visit.

What we count

When you click one of our outgoing links (addresses starting with saastribune.com/go/ or a desk code such as saastribune.com/sc/), the site adds one to a counter for that product and that desk. The counter is a number and nothing else. We don’t store your IP address, your browser details, or anything that could identify you.

Our web host

Like every website, ours runs on a web server. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use those logs to track visitors.

Services your browser reaches through our pages

  • YouTube thumbnails. Video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image servers (i.ytimg.com). Your browser fetches them directly, so Google receives your IP address and browser details under Google’s privacy policy. Clicking a video opens it on YouTube.
  • Sellers and affiliate networks. When you follow one of our links to a seller, the seller and its affiliate network (for example, Impact) may set cookies to record that you came from us. That happens on their sites, under their privacy policies.

Our fonts and images are served from this site, not from third-party font services.

Children

This site is meant for adults buying software, and it collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If anything here changes, for example if we add a newsletter, we’ll update this page first and change the date at the top.
