Bottom line: Bit Form is a WordPress form plugin from Bit Apps, a small bootstrapped team in Bangladesh. It builds anything from a contact form to multi-step applications, calculators, payment forms and conversational forms, and it lets visitors view and edit their own entries from the front end. On AppSumo it sells two plans: 5 websites for $79 once, or unlimited websites for $158 once. Bit Apps’ own site sells lifetime licences too, 1 site for $99 or unlimited sites for $169, with a 14-day money-back guarantee. So the AppSumo deal is cheaper for more sites and comes with a 60-day refund window. It’s one of the clearer deals we’ve read. The listing is “Not covered by We Got Your Back.”
Best for: WordPress site owners, freelancers and agencies who want one capable form plugin on every site without yearly renewals.
Think twice if: your site isn’t on WordPress, or you need a hosted form tool like Typeform that works anywhere.

Updated 29 October 2026. This Bit Form review rests on what we read that day: the Bit Form listing on AppSumo, including both plans, the deal terms, questions and reviews, and the Bit Form page on bitapps.pro with its pricing and feature list. We haven’t built forms with it, so we describe the plans, the features and what buyers report, not page speed.

What Bit Form does
Bit Form runs inside WordPress. You build a form by dragging fields onto a canvas, then style it in a visual editor or let it inherit your theme. The features included in every AppSumo plan cover a lot of ground:
- Building: drag-and-drop builder, 40+ form fields, multi-step and multi-column layouts, conversational forms and standalone landing pages.
- Logic: conditional logic and advanced calculations for quotes and estimates.
- Control: form scheduling, IP controls and advanced file uploads.
- Entries: response management, analytics and front-end CRUD, so users can view, edit or delete their own entries.
- Email: built-in SMTP for sending notifications.
- Styling: a custom style editor, theme inheritance and an Atlassian-style form design.
The listing’s overview adds payment forms, PDF attachments, double opt-in, form-abandonment recovery, WordPress registration and login flows, and more than 50 integrations, including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Telegram and Twilio. It names Elementor, Gutenberg, Bricks and Beaver Builder as page builders it works with.
Bit Apps’ own feature list, which it says all its plans include, also names payment integrations, Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection, partial form submission, RTL support, custom CSS and JS, an API and action hooks.
The deal vs buying direct
Here’s why this deal is easier to judge than most. Bit Apps’ own pricing, read on 29 October 2026:
| Bit Apps’ own plan | Price | Sites | Updates and support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter (annual) | $25 a year | 1 | 1 year |
| Starter (lifetime) | $99 once | 1 | Lifetime |
| Agency (annual) | $79 a year | Unlimited | 1 year |
| Agency (lifetime) | $169 once | Unlimited | Lifetime |
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Plan 1 Freelancers |
$79 once |
| Plan 2 Agencies |
$158 once |
One-time prices on AppSumo; each plan is a number of stacked codes (1 or 2). Bit Apps' own site lists Starter $25 a year or $99 lifetime (1 site) and Agency $79 a year or $169 lifetime (unlimited sites), with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Prices checked Oct 29, 2026 on Bit Form’s own pricing page. Lifetime deals are listings that can end or change, so check the live listing before you buy.
Line them up. AppSumo’s $79 buys five sites for life, where $99 direct buys one. AppSumo’s $158 buys unlimited sites for life, where $169 direct buys the same. And AppSumo gives 60 days to change your mind, against Bit Apps’ “No Question Asked – 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.” Honestly, if you’re going to buy Bit Form at all, the AppSumo listing is the better place to do it while it’s live.
Five sites or unlimited: three quick cases
One business, one site. Plan 1 is still the cheapest way to get Bit Form for life, even though you’ll use one of its five slots; the direct single-site licence costs $20 more.
A freelancer with a handful of clients. Turns out five sites go fast once you count your own site, a staging copy and a test install. If you’ve got four clients today, honestly, budget for Plan 2.
An agency. Plan 2 is the obvious buy: unlimited sites for $11 less than the direct lifetime Agency licence, and a refund window long enough to deploy it on real client work before deciding.
In practice, when you’re unsure, the extra $79 for unlimited sites is cheaper than discovering later that you need a second licence.
One thing to check: the deal terms promise “All future Plus (Tier 1) or Agency (Tier 2) Plan updates.” Bit Apps’ site calls its single-site plan Starter, not Plus. The terms also say the deal will be mapped to a new plan name if names change. Ask support which plan your Tier 1 code maps to.
What buyers report
The listing shows 4.73 stars from 79 reviews, and the long reviews are unusually detailed.
Long-term users are happy. A June 2026 reviewer who says they’ve worked in WordPress for 20 years calls Bit Form their “absolute favorite” form plugin, praises fast support, and reports “zero issues moving into WordPress 7.0 on day 1.” Their one request was a pop-up form feature.
It replaced WPForms for one centre. A September 2026 review from an education and therapy centre in Zagreb says they moved from WPForms because renewals kept rising, and that Bit Form has run their enquiry flow “for months.”
Questions to watch. In late October 2026 a buyer asked why renaming forms sometimes made them stop working with errors. We found no answer yet. Another asked about a PDF editor for styled documents from entries, like Jotform’s; the plan includes PDF attachments, but not a designer for them.
Bit Form and the other Bit Apps plugins
Several reviewers mention Bit Integrations and Bit Flows, separate plugins from the same team that move form data to other tools inside WordPress. They aren’t part of this deal. Bit Form’s own integrations, plus Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect and Integrately, cover most needs; the extra plugins matter when you want complex automation without paying a monthly Zapier bill. Don’t buy them on assumption; start with Bit Form alone.
The terms
The deal terms read:
- “Lifetime access to Bit Form”
- “If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates”
- “All future Plus (Tier 1) or Agency (Tier 2) Plan updates”
- “You must redeem your code(s) within 60 days of purchase”
- “Stack up to 2 codes”
- “GDPR compliant”
The guarantee line reads “Not covered by We Got Your Back. Listed by the partner, not reviewed by AppSumo.” The refund window is still 60 days.
Bit Form vs Gravity Forms and Typeform
The listing names Gravity Forms and Typeform. Gravity Forms is the long-established WordPress choice with a large add-on ecosystem. Bit Form offers a similar feature set inside WordPress for a one-time price, from a much smaller company; we didn’t price Gravity Forms for this review. Typeform is a hosted tool that works on any site, with a polished one-question-at-a-time style; Bit Form’s conversational forms copy that style, but only on WordPress. If you’ve got sites on Webflow, Shopify or Squarespace, Bit Form won’t help there.
Common mistakes with the Bit Form deal
Buying for a non-WordPress site. It’s a WordPress plugin. Nothing else.
Buying one code when you’ll grow. If you’ve got five sites today and a sixth next year, Plan 2’s unlimited sites is $79 more and removes the question.
Renaming live forms casually. One buyer reports errors after renames. Test on a copy first.
Expecting a PDF designer. PDF attachments, yes; a styled document builder, no.
Assuming Bit Flows is included. It’s a separate plugin.
Skipping a staging test. When you’re replacing another form plugin, rebuild one form on a staging site before switching.
Who Bit Form suits
A freelancer building client sites. Plan 1 covers five sites with a full-featured form builder.
An agency. Plan 2, unlimited sites, for less than Bit Apps’ own unlimited lifetime price.
A WooCommerce or membership site. Front-end entry editing and WordPress registration flows help here.
A team off WordPress. Skip it.
How to test it inside the refund window
- Rebuild your most complex form on a staging site, with logic and calculations.
- Connect your email tool or CRM and send a test entry through.
- Check spam protection with reCAPTCHA or Turnstile.
- Try front-end editing from a logged-in user’s view.
- Rename a test form and check it still submits.
What we couldn’t check
We didn’t build forms, test payment gateways or measure page speed. We couldn’t confirm which of Bit Apps’ plan names the “Plus (Tier 1)” code maps to, or what causes the rename errors one buyer reported. Settle both before day 60.
FAQ: Bit Form questions
Is Bit Form a one-time payment on AppSumo?
Yes. Plan 1 is $79 once for 5 websites, and Plan 2 is $158 once for unlimited websites.
Is the AppSumo deal cheaper than buying Bit Form directly?
Yes, on the pages we read. Bit Apps sells 1 site for $99 and unlimited sites for $169 lifetime, with a 14-day guarantee; AppSumo’s refund window is 60 days.
Does Bit Form work outside WordPress?
No. It’s a WordPress plugin.
Does Bit Form include payment forms?
The listing’s overview describes payment forms, and Bit Apps’ own feature list names payment integrations on all its plans.
The verdict
Bit Form is a capable, well-reviewed WordPress form builder, and this is one of the rare deals that’s plainly better than buying direct: more sites for less money and four times the refund window. The risks are the usual small-team ones, plus a missing AppSumo guarantee and a plan-name question to clear up. For anyone running WordPress sites, it’s an easy recommendation; test your hardest form on staging first.
