Bottom line: BizReply watches social platforms for posts that match your keywords, then drafts replies with AI that work your brand into the conversation. It also builds branded PDF reports for clients. On AppSumo it sells three license tiers, $69, $149 and $289 once, read on 29 October 2026. The detail that decides which tier you need is the mention allowance. The cards call it “One-time mentions”: 50,000, 150,000 or 450,000 posts found, for the life of the license, not per month. Every tier also says “Bring Your Own API Key required,” so you pay your AI provider separately. The listing is refundable for 60 days, and AppSumo’s guarantee doesn’t apply: it reads “No “We Got Your Back” guarantee.”
Best for: marketing agencies, SaaS founders and affiliate marketers who hunt for Reddit, X and LinkedIn threads to join, and want drafts ready when they find one.
Think twice if: you need full brand monitoring with sentiment and reach data, you don’t want to manage an AI API key, or you need replies posted for you.
We have no affiliate deal with BizReply or AppSumo; links go to the official pages. How we review.
Updated 29 October 2026. This BizReply review rests on what we read that day: the BizReply listing on AppSumo, including all three tiers, the deal terms, founder posts, questions and reviews, and BizReply’s own pricing page with its FAQ. We haven’t run keyword searches or generated replies with it, so we describe the plans, the limits and what buyers report, not how good the replies are.

What BizReply does
The workflow on BizReply’s own homepage has four steps. You create a project with your brand name, domain and a short description. You add keywords, some suggested by AI, and pick which social platforms to watch. BizReply then shows posts that match, with a “View Post” button to open each one. Finally, it writes a reply for that post that “naturally includes your brand and key messages,” and you can steer it with custom prompts.
The listing groups the features like this:
- Tracking: AI keyword suggestions, your own keywords, and negative keywords to filter out posts you don’t want.
- Replies: customised replies per platform, adjustable tone and style, and BYOK so you can use the AI model you prefer.
- Prompts: a library of prompts, plus your own, with a choice of tone, model and language.
- Reports: branded PDF reports with your logo and your client’s, listing responses, post links, platforms and dates.
One point to be clear on, because some people miss it: on the pages we read, BizReply finds posts and writes drafts. When you want to reply, you open the post and do it yourself. Nothing we read says it posts on your behalf or connects to your social accounts to publish.
Founder posts on the listing add the history. Version 3.8, announced in June 2025, added YouTube, OpenRouter and Claude, and moved servers to AWS. A September 2025 post added Claude 4, Gemini 2.5 and GPT-5. BizReply’s own FAQ says lifetime plans support BYOK “for Claude, OpenAI, Open Router, Gemini and Straico.”
The one thing most people miss: mentions are a lifetime budget
Here’s the line most people miss. Every tier card on AppSumo has a row called “One-time mentions.” A founder post on the listing defines it: “Each time we find a new post that matches your keyword, one mention credit is used.” BizReply’s own FAQ is plainer still: “All lifetime-deal plans come with a lifetime limit of keyword monitoring ranging from 50,000–450,000 mentions.”
So the allowance never refills. Honestly, that’s the single fact to hold on to. When it runs out, the founder’s answer to an August 2026 question is that you “can always buy more at $5/2000 one time mentions.” In the same reply they said the included mentions usually “last our clients 4-5 years.” That’s the vendor’s estimate, not ours, and it depends entirely on how broad your keywords are.
Turns out the keyword limit and the mention limit pull against each other. A broad keyword finds more posts, which feels useful, and spends credits faster. Negative keywords and filters exist for exactly this reason, and when you skip the filtering step, you pay for it in credits.
Three worked examples
These sums use the plan limits and some made-up but plausible post counts. They show how the budget behaves; they aren’t measurements.
A solo SaaS founder on Tier 1. Five keywords, each matching about 10 new posts a day, is 50 mentions a day, or roughly 1,500 a month. At that rate 50,000 mentions last about 33 months, a little under three years. Tighten the keywords so each finds five posts a day and it lasts closer to five and a half years, which is the founder’s 4-5 year claim.
A small agency on Tier 2. Twenty of the 25 keyword slots in use, each finding 15 posts a day, is 300 mentions a day, about 9,000 a month. The 150,000 allowance lasts around 16 or 17 months. Topping up another year at that pace means about 108,000 mentions, or 54 packs of 2,000, which is $270 at $5 a pack. That’s more than the $149 the tier cost. If you’ve got clients on monthly retainers, it may still be fine; just price the top-ups into what you charge.
A busy agency on Tier 3. One hundred keywords at 20 posts a day each is 2,000 mentions a day. The 450,000 allowance lasts about 225 days, so roughly seven and a half months. In practice, an agency tracking that many broad terms should plan on buying mentions, or on pruning keywords hard.
If you’ve got a sense of how many posts your keywords match today, multiply it out before you choose a tier. Honestly, that one sum matters more than any feature on the cards.
The AI key, and a disputed reply cap
Every AppSumo tier lists “Bring Your Own API Key required.” That means you connect your own account with an AI provider such as OpenAI or Anthropic, and the cost of each reply lands on that account, not on BizReply. Don’t forget to budget for it, and to set a spending limit with your provider. In practice, a busy week of drafting on an expensive model can cost more than you’d guess.
The cards also list “AI replies per month”: 200 on Tier 1, 500 on Tier 2 and “Unlimited” on Tier 3. What that limit covers is less clear than it looks.
In September 2026 a Tier 3 buyer asked why their account showed “600 BizReply monthly ai replies and 30,000 BizReply AI one-time replies.” The founder replied that the 600 monthly replies use BizReply’s own AI credits and refill each month, “while the one-time AI replies using your own BYOK are capped at 30,000.” The buyer pointed out that the listing says Tier 3 replies are “Unlimited,” which was “one of the main reasons I bought it.” On 11 September they posted the question again. We found no answer to that follow-up on the listing.
So, on the pages we read, the founder’s description of Tier 3 doesn’t match the Tier 3 card. Most people won’t notice that until they hit the cap. If unlimited replies are why you’d pick Tier 3, get a written answer from support inside the refund window. We also couldn’t find how the Tier 1 and Tier 2 reply counts split between BizReply’s credits and your own key.

One-time prices on AppSumo, read 29 October 2026; tiers can be upgraded or downgraded, no code stacking. The listing's struck-through prices ($599, $999, $2,499) match BizReply's own yearly subscriptions. BizReply's site sells Solopreneur $59 a month or $599 a year, Startup $99 a month or $999 a year, and Agency $249 a month or $2,499 a year, with a 30-day guarantee on lifetime deals. Extra mentions $5 per 2,000; extra PDF pages $5 per 200. AI costs are billed by your own provider.

The three tiers, read on 29 October 2026:
| License Tier 1 | License Tier 2 | License Tier 3 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $69 once | $149 once | $289 once |
| Listing’s struck-through price | $599 | $999 | $2,499 |
| One-time mentions | 50,000 | 150,000 | 450,000 |
| Keywords tracked | 5 | 25 | 100 |
| Brand projects | 1 | 5 | 20 |
| Team members | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| AI replies per month | 200 | 500 | Unlimited |
| History storage | 1 year | 2 years | 2 years |
All three include the client report builder, “All 8 social medias,” custom prompts, multi-language and the BYOK requirement. The deal terms let you move between tiers, and there are no codes to stack.
Picking a tier
Tier 1 suits one brand with a narrow niche. Five keywords is tight, so you’ll spend time choosing them well. When you can’t name five keywords that matter, honestly, you probably don’t need the tool yet.
Tier 2 is the sensible floor for anyone managing more than one brand, since it lifts projects to five and keywords to 25. It also doubles history storage to two years.
Tier 3 is built for agencies with up to 20 client brands and 10 team members. Read the reply-cap section above before paying for “Unlimited.”
The deal vs BizReply’s own plans
BizReply’s own pricing page, read on 29 October 2026, sells the same three plans as subscriptions, each labelled “(Early Bird Subscription)”:
| BizReply’s own plan | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Solopreneur | $59 a month | $599 a year |
| Startup | $99 a month | $999 a year |
| Agency | $249 a month | $2,499 a year |
The limits on those plans match the AppSumo tiers: 5, 25 and 100 keywords, 50,000, 150,000 and 450,000 mentions, 200, 500 and “Unlimited” replies. The listing’s struck-through prices are the yearly subscription prices. The deal terms promise “All future Soloprenuer (Tier 1), Startup (Tier 2), and Agency (Tier 3) plan updates,” so each tier maps cleanly to a named plan, typo aside.
Two differences between the pages are worth knowing. BizReply’s site marks team members and custom prompts as “(Coming),” while the AppSumo cards list both without that note. And the site says “Reddit, X, LinkedIn, + 7 more,” and its homepage mentions “ten social media platforms,” while AppSumo says “All 8 social medias.” An image on BizReply’s homepage names eight: Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, and the June 2025 founder post adds YouTube. Ask support for the current list before you buy for one platform in particular. Don’t use the AppSumo card as the final word on coverage.
On refunds, BizReply’s own FAQ offers “a 30-day money-back guarantee on lifetime deals.” AppSumo’s window is 60 days, so buying through the listing doubles your time to decide. The site’s banner also reads “Pay once, get a LIFETIME deal forever,” but the plans on its pricing page are subscriptions, so the AppSumo listing was the only one-time route we could see.
What buyers report
The listing shows 4.71 stars from 49 reviews: 43 five-star, 2 four-star, 1 three-star, 2 two-star and 1 one-star.
Agencies like the structure. A 23 September 2026 review praises how projects, keywords, mentions, prompts, responses and reports are “neatly organized,” and the ability to add many social accounts for several brands.
Finding leads works for some. A 9 September 2026 reviewer uses keyword tracking to find people asking questions their service answers, calling them “already a hot leads.” Their wish is to train replies on their own price list and knowledge base.
The AI misses context on sensitive topics. A three-star review from 7 September 2026 says BizReply works well for a retail business but its replies for a transgender support platform can feel “inappropriate, overly generic,” or miss the context. When you work in a sensitive niche, read every draft before posting it. Turns out the AI is only as careful as the prompt you give it.
The MCP wait. A two-star review from 1 September 2026, by a buyer from the previous year, asked when MCP support would arrive. The founder first replied “We are expecting MCP by Q4!” and on 12 September added that the team is “building the scraper in-house,” that MCP comes after that, and that they “haven’t finalized” whether it will be on every tier. The reviewer’s complaint was the six days the first reply took and how little it said.
Questions waiting. On 17 October 2026 a buyer asked “Is this project dead?”, saying there had been “no answers for over a month.” On 13 October another asked what one-time mentions are. We found no founder reply to either on the listing, even though the founder card says “Expected to respond within 24 hours.” If you’ve bought lifetime deals before, you’ll know a quiet Q&A tab is worth weighing. A founder post from October 2025 is the latest product update we saw on the page.
The terms
The deal terms read:
- “Lifetime access to BizReply.”
- “All future Soloprenuer (Tier 1), Startup (Tier 2), and Agency (Tier 3) plan updates.”
- “You must activate your license within 60 days of purchase.”
- “Ability to upgrade or downgrade between 3 license tiers.”
- “No codes, no stacking—just choose the plan that is right for you.”
The guarantee lines read: “No “We Got Your Back” guarantee.” and “This listing is managed by the partner who built the product — we haven’t vetted it, so this guarantee doesn’t apply.” The listing says “Refundable up to 60 days from your purchase date.” Like every AppSumo deal, it can end; nothing on the page says it’s permanent.
BizReply vs Brand24
The listing names Brand24 as the alternative. We didn’t read Brand24’s pages or price it for this review, so we won’t compare features or costs. What we can say is what BizReply is, on its own pages: a tool for finding posts to reply to and drafting those replies, with client reports on top. If what you need is monitoring for its own sake, measuring how often and how widely a brand is discussed, check that a tool built for that job isn’t the better fit before buying either.
The other alternative is doing it by hand: saved searches on Reddit and X, and a chat window for drafts. BizReply’s pitch is that it puts the search, the filter and the draft in one place. Skip the deal if you only watch two or three keywords on one platform; free search alerts may cover you.
Common mistakes with the BizReply deal
Reading “One-time mentions” as monthly. It’s a lifetime total. Top-ups are $5 per 2,000.
Using broad keywords. They burn credits on posts you’ll never answer. Add negative keywords on day one.
Forgetting the API bill. BYOK means each reply costs something on your own AI account. Set a cap with your provider.
Buying Tier 3 only for “Unlimited” replies. The founder has described a 30,000 one-time cap on BYOK replies. Get a clear answer first.
Posting drafts unread. One buyer found replies off-key on sensitive topics, and you’re the one posting them under your name. Don’t trust a draft you haven’t read.
Missing the activation window. The terms say you must activate within 60 days of purchase.
Who BizReply suits
An affiliate marketer or SaaS founder who finds customers in Reddit and LinkedIn threads, on Tier 1 or Tier 2.
A marketing agency that reports engagement work to clients, on Tier 3 for 20 brands and 10 seats.
A team that wants hands-off posting. Skip it; BizReply drafts, and you post.
Anyone who needs deep monitoring analytics. Look at tools built for monitoring first.
How to test it inside the refund window
- Add your real keywords on the first day and note how many mentions they use in a week. Don’t skip this one; it’s the number everything else depends on.
- Multiply that weekly count by 52 and check how long your tier’s allowance lasts.
- Connect your API key and check what a week of drafts costs on your provider’s dashboard.
- Generate replies for your hardest niche and read them as a customer would.
- Ask support in writing about the Tier 3 reply cap, the current platform list and MCP, and note how long the answer takes.
What we couldn’t check
We didn’t track keywords, generate replies or build a report, so we can’t judge how relevant the posts are or how good the drafts read. We couldn’t confirm which platforms BizReply covers today, given the eight, ten and YouTube mentions across the pages. We couldn’t settle whether Tier 3 BYOK replies are unlimited or capped at 30,000, or how PDF report pages are counted on each tier. The listing didn’t show a bought count that we could read. Settle the reply cap and the platform list before day 60.
FAQ: BizReply questions
Is BizReply a one-time payment on AppSumo?
Yes. License Tier 1 is $69, Tier 2 is $149 and Tier 3 is $289, once, read on 29 October 2026, and you can move between tiers.
What are one-time mentions in BizReply?
Each new post that matches one of your keywords uses one mention credit. The allowance is a lifetime total of 50,000, 150,000 or 450,000, and extra mentions cost $5 per 2,000.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Claude API key for BizReply?
Yes. Every AppSumo tier says “Bring Your Own API Key required,” and BizReply’s FAQ lists Claude, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Gemini and Straico.
Does BizReply post replies for me?
Not on the pages we read. It finds posts and drafts replies; you open each post with “View Post” and reply yourself.
The verdict
BizReply is a focused tool: find the conversations where your product fits, and get a draft reply ready. For one-time prices of $69 to $289, that’s useful to agencies and founders who already do this by hand. The cost is in the details. Mentions are a lifetime budget, the AI runs on your own paid key, and the Tier 3 reply limit is disputed on the listing itself. Recent questions sat unanswered for weeks, and AppSumo’s guarantee doesn’t apply. Buy the smallest tier that fits your keywords, measure your mention burn in the first two weeks, and use the 60 days. In practice, the buyers who do that sum early are the ones who end up happy with it.
