Bottom line: Brandolia is an AI branding tool from a small bootstrapped team in Doha, Qatar, founded in July 2025. From one brief it generates a logo, colour palette, typography, moodboard, brand guidelines, a website you can export as HTML, and on-brand social posts, ads, flyers and business cards. AppSumo sells it as a lifetime deal in three tiers: 25 tokens a month for $55, 150 tokens for $149, or 300 tokens for $219, once. Everything you generate spends tokens, unused tokens don’t roll over, and neither page we read says how many tokens a logo or a website costs. The listing shows 5.0 stars from 13 reviews and a 60-day refund window, and its guarantee line reads “Plus members are covered by our We Got Your Back guarantee”.
Best for: founders, freelancers and small agencies who want a first draft of a whole brand, site and social kit in one place, and who are happy to refine the output themselves.
Think twice if: you need a site you can edit in WordPress’s visual editor, or you expect finished, agency-grade design with no human touch-up.
We have no affiliate deal with Brandolia or AppSumo; links go to the official pages. How we review.
Updated 29 October 2026. This Brandolia review rests on what we read that day: the Brandolia listing on AppSumo, including all three plans, the deal terms, the founder’s answers and the buyer reviews, plus Brandolia’s own pricing page, its FAQ and its AppSumo product terms. We haven’t generated a brand with it, so we describe the plans, the token rules and what buyers report, not output quality.

What Brandolia does
Brandolia calls itself an AI branding agency in one platform. You describe a business, and it produces a set of matching assets you can keep editing. The listing groups the work into four areas.
- Brand identity: logo variations, colour palettes and typography from one brief, plus moodboards, custom graphic elements and an exportable brand kit with guidelines.
- Website: SEO-ready copy in your brand voice, responsive previews, chat-based edits to sections and layout, and an HTML export.
- Marketing visuals: social posts, ads, banners, flyers and business cards that reuse your brand colours, fonts and tone.
- Oscar, the AI advisor: a chat agent that gives branding and marketing recommendations for the brand you select, and lets you manage several brands from one dashboard.
The “What’s included” box on the deal lists 11 items: social media visuals, logos, AI website editing, a complete colour palette, complete art direction, a visual moodboard, custom graphic elements, website HTML export, downloads, the AI brand agent and “SVG logo download (Beta)”. Downloads matter more than they look. On Brandolia’s own site the Free plan says “No file downloads”, so the paid tiers are what unlock your logo and brand files. The listing’s FAQ says it supports English, French and Spanish, and a September 2026 buyer reports that Arabic was added with right-to-left fixes.
The one thing most people miss: tokens are the whole limit
Every AppSumo tier gets the same feature list. The only thing that changes between $55 and $219 is the monthly token allowance. Brandolia’s pricing page defines a token as a credit “used when you generate or edit brand assets with the AI agent (logos, pages, social visuals, etc.)”. Its AppSumo product terms then add one blunt line: “Unused monthly tokens do not roll over.”
Here’s the catch most people miss. Neither the listing nor the pricing page publishes what a logo, a website or a social post costs in tokens. The only guide is Brandolia’s description of its Basic plan, 25 tokens a month, as “≈ logo + site + visuals”. In practice that reads as roughly one brand’s worth of first drafts a month on Tier 1. One detailed September 2026 review adds a single real figure: the team changed the cost of creating a brand from existing assets “from two tokens to one token” after the reviewer asked. That’s useful, but it’s one buyer’s report of one action, not a published price list.
So when you’re choosing a tier, you’re estimating usage you can’t yet measure. Honestly, that’s the main reason to use the 60-day refund window as a test period rather than a formality. Spend a week of real work, watch the token counter, and then decide whether to upgrade while the deal is live.
The plans
AppSumo’s three plans, read on 29 October 2026. Each is one licence; the struck-through “was” prices are the listing’s figures, not ours, and they don’t appear on Brandolia’s own pricing page.
| AppSumo plan | Price once | Listing’s “was” price | Tokens a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| License Tier 1 | $55 | $150 | 25 |
| License Tier 2 | $149 | $800 | 150 |
| License Tier 3 | $219 | $1,500 | 300 |
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| License Tier 1 One founder, one brand |
$55 once |
| License Tier 2 Freelancers with clients |
$149 once |
| License Tier 3 Small agencies |
$219 once |
One-time prices on AppSumo, read 29 October 2026; the listing shows 'was' prices of $150, $800 and $1,500. Brandolia's own site lists Free (3 one-time tokens), Basic $12.90 a month (25 tokens), Standard $19.99 (50 tokens) and Premium $49.92 (100 tokens), or $10.70, $15.99 and $39.92 a month billed yearly. Unused tokens don't roll over.
Prices checked Oct 29, 2026 on Brandolia’s own pricing page. Lifetime deals are listings that can end or change, so check the live listing before you buy.
AppSumo marks Tier 2 as “Recommended”. Apart from tokens, the founder has named one difference so far. Asked on 17 October 2026 about an MCP connection for tools like ChatGPT and Claude, the Contact_Brandolia account said it “should be available sometime in November”. The next day it added: “MCP will be available on Tiers 2 and 3, but not on Tier 1.” If you’ve got plans to drive Brandolia from an AI assistant, that settles the tier for you.
Picking a tier: worked examples
These sums use only the plan limits and Brandolia’s own “≈ logo + site + visuals” description of 25 tokens. Treat them as rough planning, not a measured cost per brand.
One founder, one brand. Tier 1 gives 25 tokens a month, about one round of logo, site and visuals by Brandolia’s own wording. Over a year that’s 300 tokens for $55, roughly 18 cents a token. If your brand is settled after the first month and you only need fresh social posts, 25 tokens may be plenty. If you expect to rebuild the logo several times, it turns out to be tight.
A freelancer with three client brands a month. Three brands at Brandolia’s rough 25-token yardstick is about 75 tokens. Tier 1 can’t cover that and tokens can’t be saved up, so Tier 2’s 150 is the honest fit, with room for revisions. A year of Tier 2 is 1,800 tokens for $149, about 8 cents a token.
A small agency doing eight to ten brands a month. Eight to ten brands works out at 200 to 250 tokens on the same yardstick. Only Tier 3’s 300 covers it. A year of Tier 3 is 3,600 tokens for $219, about 6 cents a token, and it costs $70 more than Tier 2 for double the allowance.
The upgrade path. The terms say you can upgrade while the deal is live but can only downgrade within 60 days of purchase. If you’ve got any doubt, start on the tier you need today and move up once the counter tells you to. Don’t forget that the deal’s own page data schedules it to close on 13 November 2026, so the upgrade option has a short runway.
The deal vs Brandolia’s own plans
Brandolia’s own pricing, read on 29 October 2026:
| Brandolia plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) | Tokens a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 3, one-time starter credits |
| Basic | $12.90 | $10.70 | 25 |
| Standard | $19.99 | $15.99 | 50 |
| Premium | $49.92 | $39.92 | 100 |
Line them up and the deal is easy to read. Tier 1 matches Basic’s 25 tokens; $55 once is a little over four months of Basic on monthly billing, or under half of a year of Basic billed yearly ($128.40). Tier 2’s 150 tokens is 50 more than Premium, the largest public plan, for less than three months of Premium at $49.92. Tier 3 doubles that again. On the vendor’s own prices, all three tiers pay for themselves within the first year if you’d otherwise subscribe.
Two details are worth knowing. First, the deal terms promise “All future Standard (Tier 1), Premium (Tiers 2 & 3) plan updates”, yet Tier 1’s token allowance matches Basic, not Standard’s 50. Read that as feature updates following Standard, with tokens fixed at 25. Ask support to confirm before day 60. Second, the vendor’s FAQ says yearly billing “saves 20%”, while the pricing page says about 17% on Basic and 20% on the others. The pricing page’s figures are the ones we used.
What buyers report
The listing shows 5.0 from 13 reviews, every one of them five stars, and 392 bought. That’s a small, early sample, gathered in the deal’s first six weeks, so honestly, the detail tells you more than the average.
The output is a strong first draft. A 26 September 2026 reviewer wrote that they “can’t say the quality of everything it generates (logo, website…) is useable straight off after downloading”, but called it a good sidekick if you’re comfortable refining. They also found two websites for the same brand “very similar in layout” despite different briefs. Brandolia replied the same day that higher-quality product imagery and video were “coming soon”.
The logo editor can get stuck on one idea. A 2 October 2026 reviewer liked the colours, fonts and a brand-guidelines PDF that “looks similar to agency work”, but found that asking for a completely different logo gave “variations of the old one”. Their workaround was starting a new project. Turns out that matters on a fixed allowance, because every abandoned direction still burns credits.
Support recovered from a rough start. A reviewer who first posted on 19 September 2026 says the review was originally two stars because of errors and no reply from support, and was later raised to five after the team fixed things. Brandolia’s reply mentioned an update for text and logos being cropped in visuals, and offered to refund the credits the errors had used.
The founder answers fast. On the Q&A tab, most questions we read got a reply from the Contact_Brandolia account the same day or the next. On 8 October 2026 it confirmed agencies can build client brands and said “We also release updates every week.” That buyer also asked about stationery, which the reply didn’t address.
The website export and WordPress
On 26 October 2026 a buyer asked how to move a Brandolia site into WordPress, because once uploaded they couldn’t edit it there. The answer, on 27 October, was plain: exported sites “currently consist of code files (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)” and “are not automatically compatible with the WordPress visual editor.” Edits may mean changing the code directly, and the team pointed to a “WP ZIP download” option and a coming website-builder update. If you’ve promised a client a site they can edit themselves in WordPress, skip the export and plan to rebuild the design in your usual page builder instead. Brandolia then becomes the place where the copy, palette and layout ideas come from, not the finished site.
The terms
The deal terms read:
- “Get lifetime access to Brandolia”
- “All future Standard (Tier 1), Premium (Tiers 2 & 3) plan updates”
- “If the plan name linked to your deal changes, it will automaticallytransfer to the new plan with all updates”
- “Activate your license within 60 days—you can upgrade while the deal is live but can only downgrade within 60 days of purchase”
- “Access to all future AI models may be provided at a discounted rate OR Access to future AI models may require an add on”
The guarantee line reads “Plus members are covered by our We Got Your Back guarantee”, and the listing says “Refundable up to 60 days”. Brandolia’s separate AppSumo product terms add three points: “Unused monthly tokens do not roll over”, lifetime means “for as long as Brandolia commercially operates the Brandolia Product”, and future services “are not automatically included in AppSumo plans and may be offered separately as optional paid upgrades.” Those terms are governed by French law. The deal is time-limited, like every AppSumo listing.
Brandolia vs Canva and Wix
The listing names Canva and Wix as alternatives. Canva is a general design tool and Wix a website builder; Brandolia’s pitch is that the logo, guidelines, site and social posts all come from the same brief and share one identity. We didn’t price Canva or Wix for this review, and we didn’t compare their output. If you already pay for a design tool and a site builder, Brandolia earns its place mainly as the step before them: the brand system and first drafts.
Common mistakes with the Brandolia deal
Buying Tier 1 for client work. Skip the cheapest licence when you bill clients: 25 tokens is about one brand a month by the vendor’s own yardstick, and it doesn’t carry over.
Saving tokens for a busy month. Don’t forget that leftovers vanish when the month resets. Spend them or size down.
Expecting MCP on Tier 1. The founder said it is Tiers 2 and 3 only.
Planning to edit the export in WordPress’s visual editor. The team says exports are code files that aren’t compatible with it.
Assuming new AI models are included. The terms say they may need an add-on or a discounted fee.
Restarting a logo in the same project. One buyer got variations of the old logo; a new project gave a clean start.
Who Brandolia suits
A founder naming and launching one business. Tier 1 covers a brand kit, a starter site and social posts, if you’re happy to polish them.
A freelancer offering branding packages. Tier 2’s 150 tokens leaves room for several clients a month and the coming MCP access.
A small agency. Tier 3 is the only tier sized for eight or more brands a month.
A team that needs final design files with no editing. Buyers describe the output as a strong start, not a finish. Skip the deal if nobody on your side can refine it.
How to test it inside the refund window
- Build one real brand end to end, logo to guidelines PDF, and note the token counter before and after.
- Generate a website and export it, then check whether you can live with editing the code or need a page builder.
- Ask for a completely new logo direction in the same project, and see whether it starts fresh.
- Make a week of social posts and check that the text and logos aren’t cropped.
- Email support with a question, then settle on your tier. When you need to step down, that’s only possible within 60 days.
What we couldn’t check
We didn’t generate any brands, so we can’t say how many tokens a logo, website or post costs, or judge the design quality. We couldn’t confirm whether “Standard (Tier 1)” means Tier 1 gets Standard’s features, or when MCP will ship. Brandolia’s homepage testimonials also attach names and dates that don’t match the AppSumo reviews they quote, so we relied on the listing itself for buyer reports.
FAQ: Brandolia questions
Is Brandolia a one-time payment on AppSumo?
Yes. On 29 October 2026 the listing sold Tier 1 at $55, Tier 2 at $149 and Tier 3 at $219, each once, with 25, 150 or 300 tokens a month.
Do Brandolia tokens roll over?
No. Brandolia’s AppSumo product terms say “Unused monthly tokens do not roll over.”
How many tokens does a logo or website cost in Brandolia?
Neither page we read publishes per-action costs. Brandolia describes its 25-token Basic plan as “≈ logo + site + visuals”.
Can I edit a Brandolia website in WordPress?
Only as code. The team says exported sites are HTML, CSS and JavaScript and “are not automatically compatible with the WordPress visual editor.”
The verdict
Brandolia does a lot for the money: a brand kit, guidelines, a starter site and social visuals from one brief, with a founder who answers questions within a day and ships updates weekly. Against its own subscriptions, every tier pays back inside a year. The risk is sizing. Tokens are the only limit, they reset monthly, and the cost of each action isn’t published. Pick Tier 2 if you’ll do client work or want MCP. Whichever licence you choose, use the 60-day window to watch the counter on genuine projects before the listing closes.
