Reoon Email Verifier review: the daily credits are the deal, the bonus runs out

Reoon Email Verifier checks email lists without sending mail. AppSumo sells 1 to 5 codes from $79 once, each with daily credits that reset for life plus a one-time bonus of lifetime credits. How the two credit types work, and what the low reviews say.

Marketers, cold-outreach teams, site owners

Bottom line: Reoon Email Verifier checks whether email addresses can receive mail, without sending any, and sorts them into statuses like safe, invalid, disposable, role account and catch-all. On AppSumo it sells five plans, from 1 code at $79 to 5 codes at $395, read on 29 October 2026. Each plan carries two kinds of credit: a daily allowance that resets every day for life (500 to 4,500) and a one-time bonus of lifetime credits (100K to 700K) that never expires but never comes back. Reoon’s own site sells 100K instant credits alone for $116.40, so the $79 code is cheaper than buying direct. The listing is “Covered by our We Got Your Back guarantee” and “Refundable up to 60 days.”

Best for: marketers, cold-outreach teams and site owners who verify a steady stream of addresses every day, by upload or through the API.

Think twice if: you clean one huge list a year, you need catch-all addresses resolved, or you need a signed GDPR data processing agreement before you buy.

Updated 29 October 2026. This Reoon Email Verifier review rests on what we read that day: the Reoon Email Verifier listing on AppSumo, including all five plans, the deal terms, the questions and reviews at every star rating, and Reoon’s own Email Verifier page with its pricing and FAQ. We haven’t verified a list with it, so we describe the plans, the credit rules and what buyers report, not accuracy.

What Reoon Email Verifier does

You upload a CSV or paste a list, and Reoon checks each address without delivering a message. Every plan on the listing carries the same feature ticks: verify major email types, catch temp emails, check email via SMTP, a fast API check, MX record checks, MTA validation of the domain, individual inbox status detection and role account detection.

Reoon’s own page describes five steps for each address: a syntax check, a domain and MX lookup, an SMTP mailbox check, matching against disposable, role-account, free-provider and spam-trap databases, then a status and “an AI-powered score from 0 to 100.” It also says unknown results are refunded automatically, so when you get an “unknown,” you aren’t charged for it.

There are three ways in:

  • The dashboard, for single checks and bulk lists. Reoon’s page says 10,000 mixed-quality addresses take “around 8–12 minutes.”
  • The API, with a QUICK mode the listing says validates “an email within 0.5 seconds,” for checking sign-ups as they happen.
  • A WordPress plugin that checks emails during form submission. The listing says to contact Reoon support to confirm compatibility and request plugin access, so don’t skip that step if you’ve built your forms with a less common plugin.

On integrations, a Reoon support reply from June 2026 names direct connections with Albato, Activepieces and Pabbly Connect, and the listing names Zapier. Anything else goes through the REST API.

The company behind it is small. The listing shows Reoon was founded in 2018 in Sylhet, Bangladesh, with 1-10 people, and the AppSumo deal has been running since September 2022.

The credit rules most people miss

Most people miss how the two credit types interact, and it decides which plan you need. Reoon’s account notes on the listing put it plainly: daily credits “renew/reset everyday,” but “the daily credits don’t stack.” And “when both types of credits are available, the daily credits will be used first.”

In practice, the daily figure is a ceiling per day, not a bank. In June 2026 a buyer asked whether unused daily credits carry over. Reoon’s support answered: “No, the unused daily credits do not carry over or stack to the next day.” They reset at 12:05 AM GMT. If you’ve got 500 a day and use 300, the other 200 are gone.

The bonus lifetime credits work the other way. They “will not renew or expire,” so they sit in your account until you need them. Turns out that’s what makes the plan work for bigger jobs: when a list is larger than your daily allowance, the daily credits go first and the bonus covers the rest. Once the bonus is spent, it’s spent, and when you hit the daily cap after that, the rest of a big list waits for tomorrow.

Honestly, the cleanest way to read each plan is this. The daily number is what you get forever. The bonus number is a reserve for the days you need more.

The plans

The AppSumo plans, read on 29 October 2026. Each plan is a number of stacked codes, and the listing shows a struck-through price beside each one ($418.50 for 1 code, up to $2,092.50 for 5). That’s the listing’s “was” figure, not something we’d treat as a saving.

One-time prices on AppSumo, read 29 October 2026; each plan is a number of stacked codes (1 to 5). The listing shows struck-through prices of $418.50 to $2,092.50. Reoon's own site has a free tier (20 a day plus 100 credits), instant credits from $11.90 for 10K to $972 for 1,000K ($116.40 for 100K), and daily plans from $9 a month for 500 a day, with a 30-day case-by-case refund.

Prices checked Oct 29, 2026 on Reoon Email Verifier’s own pricing page. Lifetime deals are listings that can end or change, so check the live listing before you buy.

The daily allowance grows faster than the price. One code buys 500 a day; five codes buy 4,500, which is nine times the daily credits for five times the price. A Reoon support reply from October 2026 confirms the steps when you add a code later: a tier 2 buyer adding a third code moves to 2,100 a day and gets another 140K bonus credits, for 360K in total. In June 2026 support also confirmed the top plan stops at 4,500 a day; there’s no bigger lifetime package.

Picking a plan: four worked examples

These sums use only the plan limits above and Reoon’s rule that one successful verification costs one credit.

A newsletter with 8,000 subscribers, cleaned every quarter. On 1 code, a full clean uses 500 daily credits and 7,500 bonus credits. Four cleans a year is 30,000 bonus credits, so the 100K bonus lasts a little over three years. After that, a full clean takes 16 days of daily credits, or you split the list into 500-address batches. In practice, that’s still workable if you’re patient.

A site checking sign-ups through the API. If you get 200 sign-ups a day, the 500 daily credits on 1 code cover it with room to spare, and the 100K bonus is never touched. Honestly, this is the case where the $79 plan is plenty, and you can skip the bigger tiers.

A cold-outreach team verifying 4,000 leads a day. On 4 codes, 3,200 come from daily credits and 800 from the bonus. At 800 a day, the 520K bonus lasts about 650 days, just under two years, before you’re capped at 3,200. On 5 codes, 4,000 a day sits inside the 4,500 daily allowance, and the 700K bonus stays in reserve. If you’ve got that volume, 5 codes is the plan that doesn’t run down.

One old list of 84,000 addresses, then nothing. On 1 code, the first day uses 500 daily credits and 83,500 bonus credits, which leaves 16,500 of the 100K. If you only ever clean one big list, you’re really buying the bonus, and the daily credits matter little. Don’t forget that Reoon sells 100K instant credits on its own site too, which we compare below.

Over a year, 500 daily credits add up to 182,500 possible checks; 4,500 a day add up to 1,642,500. Neither number means much when you don’t verify every day, so don’t buy daily capacity you’ll leave idle.

The deal vs Reoon’s own prices

Reoon’s own pricing, read on 29 October 2026, has three parts. A free tier gives “20 daily credits for life (up to 600 verifications a month) plus 100 instant credits at sign-up.” Instant credits that never expire are sold in packs:

Reoon instant creditsPrice once
10K$11.90
25K$29.66
50K$58.95
100K$116.40
500K$522.00
1000K$972.00

Daily credit subscriptions start at $9 a month for 500 credits a day. Reoon’s page doesn’t list the larger daily plans without signing in, so we couldn’t price them.

Line them up, and it turns out the deal undercuts Reoon’s own prices on the bonus alone. The 1-code deal’s 100K bonus alone would cost $116.40 direct, and the deal adds 500 daily credits for life, which Reoon sells for $9 a month. At that rate, $79 matches about nine months of the daily plan, before you count the bonus. The deal term promises “All future Reoon Email Verifier Daily Credits Plan updates,” which ties the codes to Reoon’s daily subscription, and the term on plan-name changes says the deal maps to any new name.

Buying through AppSumo also changes the refund. Reoon’s own FAQ says refund requests are taken “within the 30 days of payment” and reviewed case by case, for a full or partial refund. AppSumo’s listing gives 60 days and the We Got Your Back guarantee.

One more thing the free tier tells you: when you’ve signed up but not redeemed your code, your account shows only the free 20 a day and 100 credits. Two buyers in 2026 thought they’d been short-changed for exactly that reason. Reoon’s fix is the “Add credits with code” button on the Buy Credits page.

What buyers report

The listing shows 4.93 stars from 756 reviews: 726 five-star, 19 four-star, 4 three-star, 4 two-star and 3 one-star. That’s an unusually high share of top ratings, so we read the low ones closely.

Heavy daily users are happy. In a July 2026 review, a team verifying “around 4,500 emails per day” says their bounce rates fell from over 10% to “consistently below 3%.” Another July 2026 reviewer uses it for outreach and guest-post campaigns and calls bulk verification smooth. An August 2026 reviewer uses it ahead of sequences in Manyreach.

The low reviews dispute accuracy. An April 2026 one-star review says a list of 84,000 addresses was run through Reoon, yet the buyer was still blocked by SendFox for a high bounce rate; they asked for a refund. An October 2025 two-star review reports “a lot of ‘unknown’ results and even some false positives.” Another October 2025 review uploaded the same 300 leads twice and got 120 safe the first time and 130 the second. A July 2024 review reports a bounce rate above 10% after sending only to addresses marked safe.

Reoon’s support answered every one we read, usually within a day, and usually with the same point: a verified list doesn’t guarantee delivery, because bounces and spam flags also depend on your sending setup, volume and content. On the repeated upload, support said servers that were slow to respond the first time can return a result the second time. That’s a fair technical point, but we can’t tell you who was right in any single case. When you weigh these, keep the scale in mind too: 7 low reviews sit against 745 at four or five stars.

Catch-all addresses stay unresolved. In October 2026 a buyer asked when a catch-all verifier would arrive. Support replied that a true catch-all that “drops rejected emails silently” can’t be detected without sending real mail, which Reoon won’t do.

The export adds columns. An October 2026 buyer found the results file full of extra fields. Support explained it keeps your original columns and appends “about 20 verification detail columns,” with no option yet to strip them. In practice, you’ll delete them in a spreadsheet before every import into a mailing tool.

GDPR questions are waiting. On 7 October 2026 a buyer asked for a Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses, and a second buyer asked the same on 23 October, saying it was a deal-breaker. Neither had a reply from Reoon when we read the listing on 29 October. Reoon’s own page says uploads are encrypted with AES-256, never shared, and deleted 15 days after verification, but that isn’t the same as a signed agreement.

The terms

The deal terms read:

  • “Lifetime access to Reoon Email Verifier.”
  • “All future Reoon Email Verifier Daily Credits Plan updates.”
  • “If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates.”
  • “You must redeem your code(s) within 60 days of purchase.”
  • “Stack up to 5 codes.”
  • “Previous AppSumo customers will be grandfathered into the new feature limits.”
  • “Previous AppSumo customers who purchased Reoon Email Verifier can buy more codes to increase their feature limits.”

The guarantee line reads “Covered by our We Got Your Back guarantee,” and the listing says “Refundable up to 60 days.” Unlike some deals, the terms don’t mention GDPR. Like every AppSumo listing, it can end, so don’t assume the price will be there next year.

Reoon Email Verifier vs Hunter.io and ZeroBounce

The listing names Hunter.io and ZeroBounce as the alternatives, and AppSumo’s page title sets the deal against a ZeroBounce yearly price. We didn’t read either company’s pricing or accuracy claims for this review, so we won’t compare numbers. The difference we can state from the pages we read is the pricing model: Reoon’s deal is a one-time payment for a daily allowance that resets for life, plus a fixed bonus. If you’ve used a pay-per-check service before, the question to ask is whether your volume is steady enough to use a daily allowance, or lumpy enough that a bank of credits suits you better.

Common mistakes with the Reoon Email Verifier deal

Treating daily credits as a bank. They reset at 12:05 AM GMT and don’t carry over. Unused credits are lost.

Planning around the bonus. The 100K to 700K bonus is spent once. Pick a plan on your daily volume.

Not redeeming the code. If you only see 20 credits a day, you haven’t used “Add credits with code” yet.

Expecting verification to fix deliverability. Reoon’s own replies stress that sending setup, volume and content also cause bounces.

Counting on catch-all results. Support says true catch-alls can’t be confirmed without sending mail.

Skipping the GDPR check. If you need a DPA or SCCs, get them in writing before day 60.

Who Reoon Email Verifier suits

A cold-outreach team with daily volume. 4 or 5 codes, sized to how many leads you check each day.

A site owner checking sign-ups. 1 code and the API, or the WordPress plugin once support confirms access.

A newsletter cleaned a few times a year. 1 code; the bonus covers the big days.

An EU business that needs signed GDPR paperwork now. Wait for Reoon’s answer, or skip it.

How to test it inside the refund window

  1. Redeem your code first and check the dashboard shows your full daily and bonus credits.
  2. Run a list whose results you already know, including a few addresses you know have bounced.
  3. Send a small campaign to the “safe” segment and watch the bounce rate in your sending tool.
  4. Re-run a slice of the same list a day later and compare how many come back unknown.
  5. Ask support any compliance question in writing, and keep the reply, before day 60.

What we couldn’t check

We didn’t verify any addresses, so we can’t confirm the “99% accuracy” claim or judge the accuracy disputes in the reviews. Reoon’s page doesn’t show its daily plans above $9 a month without an account, so we couldn’t compare the higher tiers with direct prices. We couldn’t confirm which daily plan each code maps to, whether the WordPress plugin works with your form tool, or whether Reoon offers a DPA. Settle those before day 60.

FAQ: Reoon Email Verifier questions

Is Reoon Email Verifier a one-time payment on AppSumo?

Yes. On 29 October 2026 it was $79 once for 1 code, up to $395 once for 5 codes.

Do Reoon’s daily credits roll over?

No. Reoon’s support says unused daily credits reset each day at 12:05 AM GMT and don’t stack.

What happens when the bonus lifetime credits run out?

You keep your daily credits for life: 500 to 4,500 a day, depending on how many codes you bought.

Does Reoon charge for unknown results?

No. Reoon’s own page says one credit is spent per successful verification and unknown results are refunded automatically.

The verdict

Reoon Email Verifier is a cheap, well-rated way to get a verification allowance that never needs renewing, as long as you check addresses most days. Read each plan by its daily credits and treat the bonus as a reserve that runs down. The deal costs less than Reoon’s own credit packs, it’s covered by AppSumo’s guarantee, and support answers most questions fast. The accuracy disputes in the low reviews and the unanswered GDPR questions are the reasons to use your 60 days properly.
