Bottom line: Labrika is an SEO tool that crawls your site for technical and on-page errors, scores your content against the pages already ranking, and tracks keyword positions. On AppSumo it sells three plans, $68, $136 and $204 once, and every one of them says “Unlimited” websites. That word is less useful than it looks. What you actually get each month is a fixed pot of credits: 10,000, 20,000 or 30,000 page crawls and 500, 1,000 or 1,500 keyword rankings, shared across all those websites. A rank check deeper than the top 10 costs more than one credit, and the AI Writer is sold in separate credit packs. The listing is refundable up to 60 days and “Not covered by We Got Your Back.”
Best for: solo site owners, small businesses and freelancers who want regular technical audits and a modest rank tracker without a monthly bill.
Think twice if: you run an agency with large client sites, track hundreds of keywords deep into the results, or want the AI writing tools included.
We have no affiliate deal with Labrika or AppSumo; links go to the official pages. How we review.
Updated 29 October 2026. This Labrika review rests on what we read that day: the Labrika listing on AppSumo, including all three plans, the deal terms, the founder posts, questions and reviews, and Labrika’s own site, with the pricing table on its homepage and its AI Writer page. We haven’t run an audit with it, so we describe the plans, the credit rules and what buyers report, not how accurate its reports are.

What Labrika does
Labrika has three main parts, and the listing groups them the same way.
- The site auditor. It crawls your pages and reports errors and changes over time. The AppSumo listing says it “analyzes over 230 ranking factors”; Labrika’s own homepage now says “400+”. The homepage feature list covers broken links, redirects, canonical tags, sitemap validation, robots.txt errors, duplicate titles and descriptions, thin content, a plagiarism checker and SSL checks.
- The content optimizer. You give it a page or a piece of text and a keyword, and it compares your content with the top 10 results on factors like LSI, TF-IDF, title and H1 length, and missing keywords.
- The rank tracker. Manual or scheduled position checks, with the homepage claiming more than 100,000 country and location combinations, desktop and mobile rankings, and an archive of past positions.
If you’ve ever run a desktop crawler, the audit list will look familiar. Around those sit the extras agencies care about. A May 2025 answer from the Labrika team on AppSumo says audit reports download as PDF and DOCX “ready for custom branding,” most other reports export to XLSX, there’s an embed script to show reports on your own site “without any Labrika branding,” and you can give a client observer access to a project. The listing names Google Analytics as its integration, and Labrika’s homepage lists behaviour reports such as bounce rate and traffic by source.
One reviewer in July 2026 singled out a feature most people miss: you can paste an article written anywhere else into the optimizer and work on it there. They called it the reason they bought. Most people miss that, and it’s a good one.
The one thing most buyers miss: everything runs on credits
Every plan card on AppSumo leads with “Websites: Unlimited.” Honestly, that’s the least important line. The founder’s own post on the listing explains that “Any websites listed in your Labrika account … are able to utilize the page crawling and keyword rank checking credits.” So the credits are shared. Ten small sites and one large site draw from the same monthly pot. That’s the catch.
Here’s how the two allowances behave, from the founder posts and answers on the listing:
- Page crawls are one credit per page. If a crawl is set to use 5,000 credits and only uses 2,000, “the remaining credits (3000) would be returned to your credit balance.”
- Rank checks are where it gets less obvious. In October 2026 a buyer asked how deep the tracker goes now that plans say “500 keyword rankings per month.” The founder team answered on 16 October: “we charge 1 credit for each page of search results (typically 10 positions).” Top 10 costs 1 credit per keyword, top 20 costs 2, top 50 costs 5 and top 100 costs 10.
- Locations multiply the cost. An older founder post says tracking “one keyword but in three locations” means “every check would cost you three credits.”
- Unused credits roll over once. The founder FAQ says unused crawl and rank credits carry into the next month and “will need to be used in the next 30-day period.”
- More credits cost money. Asked if the AppSumo allowance could be higher, the founder answered “Unfortunately, no,” and points buyers to paid top-ups instead.
It adds up fast. Turns out “500 keyword rankings” means 500 keywords checked once in the top 10, or 50 keywords checked once to position 100. That’s the decisive limit for anyone who tracks rankings seriously.
Plans and prices on AppSumo
Read on 29 October 2026, each plan is a number of stacked codes:
| AppSumo plan | Price once | Websites | Page crawls a month | Keyword rankings a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Plan 1 | $68 | Unlimited | 10,000 | 500 |
| Plan 2 | $136 | Unlimited | 20,000 | 1,000 |
| Plan 3 | $204 | Unlimited | 30,000 | 1,500 |
All three cards also say “All Labrika features.” The listing shows no struck-through price for any plan.
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Plan 1 One or two small sites |
$68 once |
| Plan 2 Several sites or weekly tracking |
$136 once |
| Plan 3 Freelancers with client reports |
$204 once |
One-time prices on AppSumo, read 29 October 2026; each plan is a number of stacked codes (1 to 3). Labrika's own site charges per unit by tier: rank checks $0.006 (Startup) down to $0.003 (Agency) per query, page crawls $0.0008 down to $0.0004 per page, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. AI Writer credits are separate: $9 for 1,000 up to $29 for 10,000, valid 12 months.
Prices checked Oct 29, 2026 on Labrika’s own pricing page. Lifetime deals are listings that can end or change, so check the live listing before you buy.
Picking a plan: four worked examples
These sums use only the limits on the plan cards and the credit rules the founder team posted. Nothing else. When you plan your own, don’t forget that a rank check repeated weekly is four or five checks a month, not one.
A local business with one 300-page site. A full crawl every week is about 1,300 page credits a month, well under Plan 1’s 10,000. Tracking 30 keywords weekly in the top 10, in one city, uses roughly 130 rank credits. Plan 1 covers it easily. In practice, that’s why the small-business reviewers on the listing sound happy.
A blogger with four niche sites of 1,500 pages each. One full crawl of all four is 6,000 pages. Do that monthly and Plan 1 holds. Do it twice a month and you need 12,000, which pushes you to Plan 2. Now add rank tracking: 100 keywords checked weekly to the top 20 costs 2 credits each time, so about 870 credits a month. That’s Plan 2 territory too. Don’t forget the second crawl.
A freelancer reporting to five clients. Say each client has 2,000 pages and 40 keywords, and gets one audit and one monthly report. Crawls are 10,000 pages; rank checks to the top 50 cost 5 credits per keyword, so 200 keywords at 5 is 1,000 credits. That fits Plan 2 exactly. Nothing spare. In practice you’d want Plan 3 for headroom, in case a client asks for a second audit that month.
An agency with a 50,000-page e-commerce client. One crawl of that site is more than Plan 3’s 30,000 credits for the whole month. The founder team said as much to a Spanish agency in February 2026: credits in an AppSumo subscription “no están pensados” (aren’t intended) to cover unlimited agency use at low cost. Skip the deal for this case, or budget for top-ups.
The deal vs Labrika’s own pricing
Labrika’s own site doesn’t sell fixed plans. Its homepage has a “Set up your subscription” table that charges per unit, with four tiers. Read on 29 October 2026, with the “Month” option selected:
| Labrika tier | Rank check rate | Default pack | Page crawl rate | Default pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Startup | $0.006 per query | 500 for $3 | $0.0008 per page | 5,000 for $4 |
| Business | $0.005 per query | 5,000 for $25.02 | $0.0006 per page | 30,000 for $18 |
| E-commerce | $0.004 per query | 20,000 for $80.40 | $0.0005 per page | 70,000 for $35.28 |
| Agency | $0.003 per query | 100,000 for $300 | $0.0004 per page | 200,000 for $80 |
There are also 3-month and 6-month options, with the 6-month one marked “*Discount 20%.” The homepage offers a “30-day money back guarantee, no matter the reason.”
Honestly, this is where the deal gets judged. At Startup rates, Plan 1’s monthly allowance (500 rank checks and 10,000 page crawls) would cost about $3 plus $8, so roughly $11 a month. At $68 once, Plan 1 pays for itself in a little over six months, if you’d really use that much every month. Plan 3’s allowance, priced at the rates shown, comes to something like $27 a month, so $204 covers about seven and a half months.
So the deal is good value if you’ll use Labrika for more than a year. It’s weaker when your needs are bursty, because pay-as-you-go on Labrika’s own site is already cheap for small volumes. Most people miss that the per-unit pricing makes “lifetime” less of a bargain than it would be against a $100-a-month SEO suite. The terms promise “All future plan updates,” but since the vendor sells credits rather than named plans, we couldn’t tell which future plan that maps to.
The AI tools are a separate purchase
The plan cards say “All Labrika features,” and the founder replies mention an AI Audit, an AI Writer and an AI Optimizer added since 2025. A buyer reviewing in July 2026 wrote that “the AI features aren’t bundled into the lifetime deal” and are bought as credits that last a year. Labrika’s AI Writer page matches that: packs of 1,000 AI requests for $9, 2,000 for $14, 5,000 for $19 and 10,000 for $29, each “valid for 12 months.” It prices a long “Expert article” at 600 credits and a “One-click article” at 50.
We couldn’t find a line on either page that says plainly whether an AppSumo code includes any AI credits. If you’re buying partly for the AI Writer, ask before you buy. When you budget, treat the AI packs as an extra cost.
What buyers report
The listing shows 4.76 stars from 157 reviews and 1,061 buyers. (Labrika’s own homepage shows “4.88 review rating”; the AppSumo figure is the one for this deal.) Most reviews are positive, and the negative ones are specific.
Small businesses like it. In December 2025 a buyer called it “essentially a complete SEO tool for a very reasonable price” and liked the modular credits. Their one gap was AI SEO tools; the founder team replied in February 2026 that an AI Audit and AI Writer had since been added.
Freelancers use the audits to win clients. An August 2025 reviewer said the audits helped them “strengthen client relationships” and find new ones.
One agency left. A February 2026 review in Spanish, from a buyer with two codes, says credits were cut with each change to the tool and that tasks are limited “a 10 proyectos y una sola plantilla” (to 10 projects and a single template). The founder team answered that Google had reduced the number of results available, which they can’t control, and that the interface is now available in several languages including Spanish.
Questions sometimes wait. The listing promises replies “within 24 hours.” On the questions we read, a September 2026 question was answered on 16 October, an April 2026 upgrade question on 3 June, and a 20 October question from a beginner asking for how-to videos had no answer yet. One more note: AppSumo’s AI-written summary of the reviews mentions “a 30-day money-back guarantee.” The listing itself says “Refundable up to 60 days,” and that’s the line that applies.
The terms
The deal terms read:
- “Lifetime access to Labrika.”
- “You must redeem your code(s) within 60 days of purchase.”
- “All future plan updates.”
- “Stack up to 3 codes.”
The guarantee line reads “Not covered by We Got Your Back. Listed by the partner, not reviewed by AppSumo.” The listing also says “Refundable up to 60 days.” No deal stays on AppSumo forever, and extra codes can only be stacked while this one is live.
Labrika vs Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog
The listing names Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, AccuRanker and Serpstat as alternatives. We didn’t price any of them for this review, so we won’t compare costs. In broad terms, Labrika covers the site-audit side that a crawler like Screaming Frog handles, plus content scoring and rank tracking. What the pages we read don’t describe is a backlink index or keyword-research database of the kind the big suites are known for; Labrika’s homepage lists a “Keyword suggestion tool,” but not a backlink database. If backlink research is your main job, Labrika won’t replace that tool. If you mostly need “what’s broken on my site and where do I rank,” it might.
Common mistakes with the Labrika deal
Reading “unlimited websites” as unlimited use. Most people miss this. The credits are shared across every site.
Tracking rankings to the top 100 by default. That’s 10 credits per keyword per check. When you only care about page one, track to the top 10.
Forgetting locations. Don’t forget that three cities means three times the rank credits.
Expecting the AI Writer to be included. Skip the assumption. The AI Writer page sells credit packs separately.
Buying one code for a large site. If you’ve got a site over 10,000 pages, a single full crawl uses all of Plan 1 for the month.
Letting rollover credits expire. Rolled-over credits last one more 30-day period. Then they’re gone.
Who Labrika suits
A small business or solo site owner. Plan 1 covers regular audits and a focused keyword list.
A freelancer with a few small clients. Plan 2 or 3, white-label PDF reports and client observer access.
A content writer who drafts elsewhere. The paste-in optimizer is what one long review praises most.
An agency with big sites or deep tracking. The credit ceiling will bite. Even the founder team says so.
How to test it inside the refund window
- Crawl your largest site in full. Note the credits it used.
- Set up your real keyword list at the depth and locations you need. When you see the first check’s cost, multiply it by your monthly schedule.
- Export a white-label PDF audit and check it’s good enough to send a client.
- Paste in an article written elsewhere and run it through the content optimizer.
- Ask support one written question about AI credits on your code. If you’ve heard nothing in two weeks, factor that in before day 60.
What we couldn’t check
We didn’t run audits, so we can’t speak to the accuracy of the error reports or rank data. We couldn’t confirm whether an AppSumo code includes any AI credits, which named plan “All future plan updates” maps to, or whether the “10 projects” task limit one buyer described still applies. The listing says 230 ranking factors and the homepage says 400+; we couldn’t tell which applies to AppSumo accounts. Settle the AI question with support before day 60.
FAQ: Labrika questions
Is Labrika a one-time payment on AppSumo?
Yes. Plan 1 is $68 once, Plan 2 is $136 and Plan 3 is $204, read on 29 October 2026. Each includes unlimited websites and a monthly credit allowance.
Do Labrika’s AppSumo credits renew every month?
Yes. The founder FAQ on the listing says allowances renew every 30 days, and unused crawl and rank credits roll over for one more 30-day period.
How many keywords can I track on Labrika’s Plan 1?
Plan 1 gives 500 keyword rankings a month. At top-10 depth that’s 500 checks; at top-100 depth, which costs 10 credits each, it’s 50.
Does the Labrika deal include the AI Writer?
Not clearly. A July 2026 buyer says the AI features aren’t bundled, and Labrika’s site sells AI credit packs from $9 to $29. Ask support before buying.
The verdict
Labrika is a well-reviewed SEO auditor and rank tracker, and for a small business or a freelancer with a few modest sites, $68 to $204 once is reasonable against its own pay-as-you-go rates. The catch is in the credits, not the website count: deep rank checks and big crawls use them fast, and the AI tools cost extra. Work out your monthly crawl and rank usage before you pick a plan. Then use the 60-day window to check it.
